• Centralized Intake of Delaware: Emergency Shelter
  • Centralized Intake (CI) is a central reference system for Delaware emergency shelter resources. Most emergency shelters in DE allow people to stay for 30 days. Shelters are shared living environments and expectations of participation vary.
  • If you need emergency shelter, call 2-1-1 and you will be connected to CI. Call CI directly at 302-654-0126 ext. 112. You may get voicemail: please leave a message with your contact information. If you do not have minutes on your phone but you can text, text us and we will text you back.
  • You can send a text message with your email address and we will respond by email. If you have no way to call or send a text message, you can send an email to CI at intake@hpcdelaware.org.
